Next to the project of Thermi Mall project is the project of Thermi residences. This project consists of two private villas that will be constructed in a plot located in the suburbs of Thessaloniki, near the municipality of Thermi with an area of 1241,62 sq.m. Thermi is located on the east suburbs of Thessaloniki, near the airport and has easy access to Thessaloniki city center, the commercial hub of the mall Cosmos, IKEA, JYSK, Prakker etc. and the main road leading to Chalkidiki.

The two villas develop in 3 stories, the ground floor, the first floor and the roof garden.
