PROJECT STATUS : IN PROGRESS

The Thermi Mall project consists of 3 mix used buildings in a plot located in the suburbs of Thessaloniki, near the municipality of Thermi with a total area of 1667,00 sq.m The plot is located in one of the most rapidly developing areas of Thessaloniki in which a lot of projects, both commercial and residential are on progress or scheduled. The plot is located in front of the intersection of two main roads, the one leading to Thermi and one leading to Panorama which is the most prestigious and high class suburb of Thessaloniki. The plot is also in a corner so all the shops and cafes are facing the road.

The total built area of the project is 2588,00 sq.m. The 1220,00 sq. m of them is an underground basement with parking space, storage rooms, utilities rooms as well as kitchens and other spaces for the cafes of the ground floor. The basement also connects the three buildings underground. The first building can accommodate one or two café restaurants in the ground floor, each with an additional mezzanine level and a private connection to the basement. In the first and second floor there is enough room for three offices. The second and third building is almost the same in terms of square footage and uses proposed. The ground floor area is for 2 to 4 shops, also with each with a mezzanine level and connection to the basement. The first floor of the building can accommodate 2 to 3 extra offices.
