The Melissochori project consists of two rural private villas with a large plot each. Plot 1 is around 7.000,00 sq.m and plot 2 is 6.150,00 sq.m large. Melissochori is a small town in the suburbs of Thessaloniki and is the ideal place for residences with high levels of privacy near the nature. The plot is located on the base of a hill offering a panoramic view to both the town of Melissochori and the surrounding mountains.
Each villa has a total but area of 200,00 sq.m and consist of two levels, the ground and the first floor. The ground floor accommodates the kitchen, the living and the dining room, a WC and a bedroom that can be used as guest room. In the first floor there are the other 3 bedrooms; one of each is the master bedroom with an en suite WC and a walk in closet.
Each villa has a private use swimming pool and pergolas around the house.
